Industry leader Plenti is expanding its presence in Queensland, and we're seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead origination growth.

This dynamic role involves building strategic relationships with commercial asset finance brokers to drive market share and maximize opportunities. Your expertise will ensure consistent deal flow, increased portfolio activation, and originations volume growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and activate new commercial asset finance brokers to expand Plenti's market footprint.
  • Develop and maintain deep, long-term relationships with existing brokers to increase engagement, share of wallet, and originations.
  • Drive sales performance within your state/territory to achieve consistent deal flow, increased portfolio activation, and originations volume growth.
  • Strengthen relationships with key brokers through regular meetings, reinforcing Plenti's value proposition, and driving business growth.
  • Stay ahead of competitor activity, market trends, and policy changes to enhance product offerings and maintain Plenti's competitive edge.
  • Work closely with the Relationship Manager to optimize broker engagement, retention, and performance, ensuring industry-leading results.
  • Execute disciplined sales activities to ensure frequent in-person engagement with key brokers, strategic account reviews, and growth plans execution.
