
Achieving Customer Success Through Strategic Partnerships

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding customers towards achieving their goals and driving business growth. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Champion: Deliver value, solve problems, and celebrate successes with customers
- Relationship Building: Develop and grow trust-based relationships with clients
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with customers to shape plans that drive success
- Customer Health: Monitor customer health and proactively address issues
- Upsell/Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities for growth and convert them into wins
- Regular Check-ins: Lead regular meetings to stay aligned and deliver ongoing value
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to amplify customer voices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence outcomes, and manage conversations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SaaS or tech industry experience - bonus points for B2B or eCommerce/Retail ops knowledge
