Customer Success Manager Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding customers towards achieving their goals and driving business growth. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Champion: Deliver value, solve problems, and celebrate successes with customers
  • Relationship Building: Develop and grow trust-based relationships with clients
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with customers to shape plans that drive success
  • Customer Health: Monitor customer health and proactively address issues
  • Upsell/Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities for growth and convert them into wins
  • Regular Check-ins: Lead regular meetings to stay aligned and deliver ongoing value
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to amplify customer voices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence outcomes, and manage conversations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • SaaS or tech industry experience - bonus points for B2B or eCommerce/Retail ops knowledge
