About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, timely and proactive Training and HSE System support to the SHT/WHT AMS Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running reports to provide feedback and identify gaps on level of training compliance and records
  • Facilitating training and toolbox talks
  • Training other employees/Contractors on the use of VisRes as required
  • Assist with resolving technical issues (in collaboration with VisRes Support)
  • Assist with the collation of month end reporting requirements
  • Document controlling and record keeping
  • Various administrative tasks as required

About You

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Cert IV Training and Assessment
  • Solid computer skills with experience in the use of Microsoft Applications
  • High level of administration and organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with various stakeholders
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team
