About the Role

We're seeking a talented Learning and Development Advisor/Consultant to join our team for a 12-month contract. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering learning initiatives that enhance both employee skills and business capabilities.

As the primary L&D delivery resource, you'll manage the end-to-end L&D processes, working closely with our collaborative and experienced People & Culture team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement learning and development initiatives aligned with our People & Culture Strategy and Annual Plan.
  • Support the identification of current and future capability needs to meet business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Enhance the employee experience by facilitating learning and career development opportunities across the organization.
  • Collaborate with our Learning and Development Manager and People & Culture team to ensure the successful execution of L&D initiatives.
  • Facilitate virtual classroom programs and support communities of practice.
About You

You'll be a passionate and enthusiastic learning and development professional, looking for an opportunity to step into a role that will see you take ownership of the learning outcomes of a business and make a real difference.

You'll hold a minimum of a Bachelor's level qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field. You'll have considerable experience working with a Learning and Development function of a professional services firm.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to see a project from end to end.
  • High levels of organisation with the ability to prioritise and coordinate across competing priorities and deadlines.
