Job Opportunity

My NRMA is seeking a skilled Learning & Development Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Learning & Capability team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering training programs that support our business objectives and values.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Design and develop engaging learning materials and programs using a variety of platforms and tools.
  2. Leverage a blended learning approach that includes e-learning, virtual sessions, self-directed learning, and face-to-face workshops.
  3. Facilitate and deliver training with consistency and quality, requiring travel to multiple sites and virtual training sessions.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify core skill gaps, key learner priorities, and embed learning initiatives.

Requirements


  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or similar qualification.
  • Qualified Mechanic or Automotive Electrician with up-to-date knowledge of current and future trends in automotive technology and design.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, both online and face-to-face, to frontline teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a background in the automotive industry.
  • Strong instructional design skills across various platforms, video, and tools, including Articulate, Canva, Ed-App, and Vyond.
  • An ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and take ownership of projects.
  • A passion for learning and continuous professional development.
