Personal Assistant Opportunity

Colliers is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the National Director and several sales, leasing, and advisory operators within our Healthcare & Retirement Living team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative capabilities, a bright and energetic personality, and strong attention to detail. They will be responsible for managing diaries, monitoring email messages, and prioritizing tasks, as well as assisting with personnel-related activities and corporate initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management and email monitoring
  • Assisting with personnel-related activities and corporate initiatives
  • CRM database management and report creation
  • Preparation of client correspondence and presentations
  • Expense claim form preparation and credit card statement management
  • Campaign tracking, schedule management, and settlement process oversight
  • Billing and invoicing, including commission invoices and marketing quotes
  • Event coordination and staff management

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to possess intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, a fast and accurate typing speed, and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and proficiency in Excel are essential. Previous experience in real estate or professional services is desirable.
