Welcome to CPB Contractors Pty Limited, a leading construction company. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic project team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing administrative support to our commercial operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to our project teams, including financial management and project activities.
- Compiling and reconciling expense reports and travel arrangements.
- General administration, including accounts payable and preparation of presentations and reports.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly business reports.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a construction or resources environment.
- Payroll/Accounts Payable experience (highly regarded).
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your time effectively.
