Contracts Administrator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across different projects, working closely with senior colleagues, project managers, and site managers.
- Coordinate and update project documentation, including contracts, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders.
- Prepare scope of works, estimates, and tenders, as well as manage files and document control.
- Process documentation for approvals, handle RFIs, and manage subcontractor claims and variations.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal staff members to build strong relationships and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain databases and track relevant licenses and insurances for contractors.
About the Role
We are looking for someone with proven experience in project or contracts administration, preferably in the construction or similar industry. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
