We are seeking an experienced Business Generation Bid Leader to join our team in Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to drive business growth and success.

About the Role

  • ">
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-million-dollar proposals, tenders, and bid responses for major clients in the Real Estate/Infrastructure/Construction sector.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality tender responses that meet client needs and expectations.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Board-level directors, external partners, and clients.">
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform bid strategies and improve conversion rates.">
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to develop their skills and capabilities.">
  • Contribute to the development of business development strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track pipeline progress and bid conversions.">
  • Travel occasionally to attend client meetings and site visits.">

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in business development, proposal management, or a related field.">
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing winning bids and tenders.">
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.">
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.">
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Business, Marketing, or English.">
  • APMP accreditation is desirable but not essential.">
