Norton Rose Fulbright is a global law firm. We provide the world's pre-eminent corporations and financial institutions with a full business law service.

Our dynamic bids team is responsible for bid qualification, bid project management, content creation and management, pitch coaching, working with our finance team on pricing, as well as launching best-in-class bid automation software.

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with the Bid Managers to produce high-quality content and design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our bid enablement platform and its capabilities.
  • Work with the Content Executive to maintain and update the content library and bid guides.
  • Assist with training of fee earners and practice assistants on bid enablement templates and resources.
  • Support the business in preparing submissions and managing the legal directories process.
  • Contribute to the development of a world-class bid enablement function.

Requirements

  • Previous bid/proposals experience, preferably in a law firm.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communications skills.
  • Project management skills, including prioritization, time management, and multitasking.
  • High standard of quality, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and PowerPoint, and experience with SharePoint is desirable.
