About the Role

This Bid Writer's primary objective is to support the Ports, Forestry, Government Services, and Energy divisions with their bid management and sales delivery opportunities. Partnering with different business units, you will formulate the winning sales strategy for each presented opportunity and draft winning proposals.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assist with the preparation and submission of high-quality tender responses through all stages of the bid process, from EOI to RFT, negotiation, and contract award.
  • Produce professionally written proposal and pitch content that effectively articulates Qube's value proposition and win themes.
  • Manage and update the bid collateral library as necessary, which is used as a repository to supplement the development of future bids.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and designers to gain a better understanding of proposed tenders to determine whether to provide a submission to the proposed tender.
  • Ensure win themes are articulated in such a way as to meet or exceed client requirements.
  • Interface with the project team to support bids and proposals.
  • Develop high-quality and detailed responses to favorable tenders, managing relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion and adherence to our standards.
  • Manage the submission process of the response document to prospective customers.
  • Seek detailed feedback on wins and losses to improve future decision-making around bid/no-bid and response strategies.

A salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum is offered based on experience, along with access to QubeCare, our employee wellbeing program, and competitive remuneration.
