Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimisation & Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to existing processes, introducing scalable and efficient workflows that support business growth.
  • Strategic Process Development: Design and implement new processes that align with our customer lifecycle and growth strategy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Facilitation: Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, balancing business priorities and cost-benefit considerations.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a key problem solver for operational issues, incidents, and bottlenecks, providing rapid and effective resolution to minimise business disruption.
  • Automation & Product Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate operational needs into product development, focusing on automation to streamline workflows within the Zoho ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or product roles within a high-performance environment.
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to distill data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong technical acumen with familiarity with relational databases and low/no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Mulesoft, Workato, Amazon Connect, Twilio, or Databricks.
  • Experience with Zoho and complementary low/no-code automation platforms.
  • Strategic thinking with executive-level communication skills to influence business direction.
