As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing enterprise-wide communications strategies that drive alignment, clarity, and engagement across the global team of 800+ employees.

About the Role:

  • Job Description: Develop and execute strategic internal communications plans that support business objectives and foster a culture of openness and trust.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in internal communications, exceptional writing and storytelling skills, ability to partner with senior leaders, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
