Business Development Manager

We are a global leader in the food and beverage industry, and we are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team in Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will lead a team of Territory Managers to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with key customers, and implement effective sales strategies. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS, including multi-site operators and distributors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including customer account teams and marketing department.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional certification in sales or a related field is desirable.
