**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

About the Role:

The Strategic Business Development Manager will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure business success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business strategy.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
