About the Role:

Chain Reaction Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and securing funding opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with donors, and developing strategic plans to grow our income.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet and exceed financial targets
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including major donors, corporate partnerships, and community fundraising initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage and inspire donors and stakeholders
  • Manage and report on fundraising activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and impact measurement
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and other team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising and development, with a strong focus on major donors and corporate partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and report on fundraising activities
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as business, marketing, or non-profit management
