About the Role

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes to attract top talent
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and growth
  • Lead employee relations and conflict resolution initiatives to maintain a positive work environment
  • Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect
  • Provide HR support to employees and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and management
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional certifications in HR or a related field
