About the role
As the Philanthropy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our fundraising strategies, largely focused on Major Gifts. You will support a talented team of relationship managers, cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, family trusts and foundations, and drive significant philanthropic support to further our mission. Your expertise in strategic planning, donor management, and team leadership will be crucial in achieving our fundraising goals and expanding our impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Build on and execute major gift strategies
2. Cultivate and solicit major donors
3. Support a team of relationship managers
4. Monitor and report on program performance
5. Provide strategic advice to CEO and the Board
6. Stay informed on local philanthropic trends
