Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies to build organisational capability and culture.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding activities.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidates meet Linfox's standards.
- Utilise a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events, to discover top talent.
- Previous experience in an Agency or in-house Talent Acquisition role.
- Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Excellent ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
We are looking for someone who is driven by quality, enjoys working in a large organisation, and has a strong work ethic. You should be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
BenefitsLinfox Pty Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
