Job Opportunity

The NRMA is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to join our dynamic People and Culture team in a permanent full-time capacity. This hybrid opportunity allows you to work between our offices at Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney CBD, and remotely from home.

You will report to the General Manager of People and Culture – SIXT Australia and play a key role in driving successful People and Culture initiatives and strategic objectives. Collaboration across various teams will be essential in executing business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of people initiatives while working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to managing and delivering cyclical People activities.
  • Apply change management and project management skills to successfully implement key projects.
  • Analyse data to provide insights to stakeholders, identifying trends and themes to support People initiatives and measure their success.
  • Collaborate with Senior leadership to design optimal business structures, capabilities, and ways of working.
  • Develop action plans with the support of others.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and contribute to the development of P&C strategic initiatives to solve people problems and improve the employee experience.
  • Under the leadership of the General Manager of People and Culture, collaborate with key business stakeholders to interpret business needs and people initiatives.
  • Lead Cultural Transformation initiatives by developing and implementing strategic programs to foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture.
Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in change management and project management.
