Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Strategic Advisor: Partner with hiring managers to provide insights and market intelligence, guiding recruitment decisions and developing effective recruitment strategies.">
  • Talent Sourcing and Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.">
  • Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidates meet Linfox's standards.">
  • Channel Utilization: Leverage various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events, to discover top talent.">

Requirements

  • Experience and Skills: Previous experience in an Agency or in-house Talent Acquisition role, proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes, excellent influence and negotiation skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.">
  • Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of the operational requirements and challenges within the logistics industry.">
  • Agility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.">

Salary and Benefits
