About the Role

Linfox Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in attracting and securing top talent for our business.

The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of recruitment best practices and be able to partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies to build organisational capability and culture. Key areas include:

  • Acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and market intelligence to guide recruitment decisions.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and crafting targeted recruitment strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinating and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding activities.
  • Conducting reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidates meet Linfox's standards.
  • Utilising a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events, to discover top talent.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously refine our recruitment approach.

About You

No two days are the same in our business, and the role requires agility, resilience, flexibility, pragmatism, customer focus, and a strong work ethic. You are driven by quality and enjoy working in a large organisation, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in an Agency or in-house Talent Acquisition role.
  • Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Excellent ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of the operational requirements and challenges within the logistics industry.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
