SalaryThe salary for this role ranges from $88,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on shift times and allowances. This competitive remuneration package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing exceptional care and support to our residents, including assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and continuously evaluate and update care plans as needed.
You will also be responsible for effectively communicating complex care plan needs to incoming residents and their families, as well as creating and updating care plans to reflect developing needs of our residents.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have:
- A current unrestricted registration with AHPRA;
- The ability to assess, plan, and implement care;
- Consideration of physical, social, and psychological requirements of our residents;
- Effective communication skills to communicate complex care plan needs to incoming residents and their families;
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills;
- Demonstrated well-developed computer and documentation skills;
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills;
- Confidence in managing your time;
- A National Police Check less than 12 months old;
- 3 COVID vaccinations.
