We are seeking a qualified and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager who can maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and service. This role involves:

  • Planning menus in consultation with kitchen staff
  • Maintaining effective management procedures to continue appropriate high levels of customer service
  • Following management procedures to effectively maintain cost budget percentage
  • Planning and organising special functions/catering
  • Maximising profitability while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and service
  • Ongoing training and supervision of waiting and kitchen staff
  • Ensuring compliance with all WHS, Food Safety and HACCP requirements

Salary: $74,000 - $78,000 plus 11.5% superannuation
