Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Supply Chain Leader to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, customer supply chain, and sales teams to deliver business objectives and customer key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive inventory optimization, forecasting, and replenishment strategies.
  • Collaborate with category managers, buyers, and commercial teams to understand customer plans and impact on demand.
  • Manage alignment of replenishment and promotional order activity with customer Replenishment and Supply Chain Contacts, Buyers, and Sales.
  • Analyze data elements and insights to identify opportunities to improve customer-vendor supply chain efficiencies and drive cost improvements while maintaining service.
  • Support the commercial team in delivering invoice and gross margin goals and Joint Category Plans for customers.
  • Participate in project teams to achieve common goals, such as customer POGs and events.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in demand/supply planning in an FMCG environment, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead stakeholder engagement at all levels and influence decision-making.
  • SAP experience preferred, but not required.

What We Offer

Energizer Holdings offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits, including health insurance, superannuation, and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive team.
