Job Title: Schools Engagement Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Schools Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and driving conversations within the independent sector.

Your core mission will be to learn about school challenges and articulate how Compass Education solutions can help teachers, administrators, and school leaders focus on the important stuff - enabling schools to drive increased parent engagement, spend less time on administration, and more time delivering great learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities from both incoming leads and targeted outbound lead generation.
  • Learn, leverage, and contribute to refining our lead generation process.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team & Marketing teams to develop a regional sales strategy and execution plan.
  • Be responsible for reaching and exceeding quarterly targets for qualified leads, demos, and customers signed.
  • Keep up to date on the Compass Education product and participate in regular training & informational sessions.
  • Support and attend local and national marketing events.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding and Training Team to bring new Customers onto the Compass Education Platform quickly and efficiently.
  • Pipeline management including documenting, tracking, and following up on all active opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Ideally, you've been selling to the education sector for some time and understand how schools run.
  • You're in sales; but, don't 'sell'. You consult. You help. You genuinely have your client's best interest at heart.
  • You love what you do and are keen to join a sales team who help & support each other.
  • You're results-driven with a growth mindset - egos need not apply.
