About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Schools Engagement Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Queensland market.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the independent sector, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

You will work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and support for our clients, delivering engaging product demonstrations and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and relationship-building.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and Marketing teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage and track sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
  • Stay up-to-date on Compass Education's products and services, participating in regular training and informational sessions.
  • Support local and national marketing events, promoting Compass Education's brand and offerings.
