About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to spearhead the growth and expansion of our Public Sector business in QLD, based in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales development, prospecting, and relationship-building with strategic accounts and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Development: Prospect and target strategic accounts, develop relationships with partners and resellers, and extend your prospecting and pipeline.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet regular revenue targets and drive sales performance.
  • Customer Success: Develop strong relationships with customers and guide them through each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Account Planning: Deliver account plans for your territory and maintain a prospect and customer list.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to strategize activities for customers and partners in your region.
  • Pipeline Development: Collaborate with internal resources to build a successful pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Successful experience in a similar role selling high-technology products to mid-to-large enterprise customers.
  • Public Sector Experience: Proven Public Sector and/or Education sector experience is essential.
  • SaaS Software Experience: Experience in selling SaaS software solutions.
  • Forecasting: Ability to provide accurate forecasting and regular use of Salesforce.com.
  • Networking: Ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
