About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative or Account Manager to join our Government and Defence sector team in Brisbane. This role involves creating user demand for Milwaukee products across all categories, understanding the path to purchase, and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target and educate end users to convert from existing brands to Milwaukee products, achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Promote Milwaukee products and solutions within the Government and Defence channel, effectively presenting our offerings to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage new and existing users on the Milwaukee platform, focusing on new business acquisition within the assigned Government and Defence channel and state.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage activities, information, and sales, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Represent the company's brand at sales events, state industry meetings, and social networks, fostering partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with other sales teams to deliver optimal results and achieve shared goals.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1 year of direct selling or business development/account management experience.
  • Previous experience working with the Defence or Government/Local Government/Emergency Services sectors is highly regarded.
  • Strong ability to develop and foster client relationships, build rapport, and drive sales growth.
  • A trade background or hands-on experience with tools is desirable.
  • High-level communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A full driver's licence with an excellent driving record.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
