Digital Solutions Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our digital solutions to librarians and academic faculty members.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the higher education and library markets. You will be able to build effective relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and source new business opportunities within the tertiary, national, state, and public library sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with current customers through face-to-face calling and regular client contact
- Present our products to key decision-makers and meet sales targets
- Provide after-sales support and maintain a CRM system
- Proven sales experience in the education sector
- Strong understanding of the higher education and library markets
- Advanced knowledge of digital learning environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
