About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Director - Digital Solutions to lead our efforts in growing and nurturing our existing client base, as well as identifying and pursuing new opportunities. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our digital solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of digital transformation and identify opportunities to drive business value

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of the digital transformation landscape, including emerging trends and technologies
  • Strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences
