About the Role

We are recruiting for Phone based Sales Specialists to join our team in Melbourne on a full-time basis. As a Sales Specialist, you will speak with new and existing customers to educate and offer them access to our partners' growing suite of digital and tech products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call new and existing customers to present digital and tech solutions
  • Manage customer contact proactively, handle queries and requests from inbound and outbound calls/emails while ensuring our high service standards are met
  • Develop and manage relationships with our portfolio of clients
  • Collaborate with a great team to share ideas and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience working over the phone selling to an existing base of customers
  • The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients
  • Keen interest in digital marketing with a willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environment
  • Strong work ethic and team spirit
  • You must have full working rights to work in Australia. No working holiday Visas or sponsorship
