About the Role

We are looking for Phone Sales Specialists to join our team in Melbourne on a full-time basis. As a Sales Specialist, you will communicate with new and existing customers to educate them on our partners' growing suite of digital and tech products and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Call new and existing customers to present digital and tech solutions
  • Manage customer contact proactively, handle queries and requests from inbound and outbound calls/emails while ensuring our high service standards are met
  • Develop and manage relationships with our portfolio of clients
  • Collaborate with a great team to share ideas and best practices
