Job Description

As a Strategic Pursuits Manager, you will be responsible for developing win strategies and managing end-to-end pursuit processes for project opportunities within our Corporate practice. You will collaborate with the Global Pursuit Team, Clients, Markets, and Growth team, partners, and stakeholders to create effective bid and proposal strategies.

This role offers a unique opportunity to share bid best practices, contribute to bid improvement and efficiency, and develop deep relationships with key stakeholders in our Corporate practice.

Requirements and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal, professional services, or other relevant environments.
  • Strong technical capabilities in leading pursuits, including stakeholder engagement, project management, and complex work-winning processes.
  • Extensive experience in developing win strategies and articulating themes, differentiators, and benefits.
  • Ability to effectively manage and engage key stakeholders in leading pursuits/bids and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously based on complexity.
  • Highly competent user of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
