The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Pursuit Development Manager to join our Global Pursuit Team in Sydney on a permanent basis. Our team is comprised of enthusiastic and passionate professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results in generating profitable business for the firm.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing win strategies and managing the end-to-end pursuit process of our most strategic opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the Global Pursuit Team, Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners, and other key stakeholders to drive success.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal, professional services, or other relevant environments;
  • Strong technical capability in leading pursuits, including stakeholder engagement and project management skills, with a proven ability to successfully manage complex work-winning processes;
  • Extensive experience developing win strategies with the ability to successfully articulate themes, differentiators, and benefits;
  • Ability to effectively manage and engage key stakeholders in leading pursuits/bids, along with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously (based on complexity);
  • Highly competent user of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
