Our Audit Retention and Conversion team comprises dedicated pursuit specialists who collaborate with internal client-facing teams to enhance their competitive positioning and win rate on major audits. Pursuit Managers spearhead quality and efficient pursuit processes to maximise the chances of securing an opportunity.

Your Opportunity

As a junior Pursuit Manager, you will work closely with Senior Pursuit Managers and Pursuit Directors to:

  • Effectively manage the pursuit process with senior stakeholders by leveraging strong project management skills and tools.
  • Assist our client-facing teams in focusing on long-term major pursuits by actively managing the pursuit process to consistently execute the strategy and pursuit tactics.
  • Provide pursuit management support to teams on short turnaround opportunities.
  • Develop creative, engaging, and insightful pursuit collateral, such as proposal documents, microsites, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with creative design teams to deliver exceptional proposals.
  • Participate in a continual learning environment by sharing experience and knowledge.

Your Experience

  • Solid knowledge of sales/pursuit methodology.
  • Experience in planning pursuits and coordinating teams.
  • 2-4 years of pursuit or business development experience, or relevant experience in related areas.

Earnings Potential:

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $85,000 and $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
