Job Description

Manage strategic and tactical operations of Gateway processing facilities to contribute to consistently high standards of service.

About the Opportunity

Based in Granville, reporting to the Territory Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the facility's operations, safety, performance & service outcomes.

This role reports to the Head of NSW Processing and has end-to-end responsibility for the people, safety, performance & service outcomes of the facility.

  • Oversee the implementation and optimisation of processing equipment and automation to improve throughput and reduce delays.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify and resolve emerging operational issues across the facility.
  • Engage, influence, and secure active support from key stakeholders including facility managers, team members, union representatives, government bodies, and community partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and operational standards while fostering a customer-centric culture across the network.
