Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive Facilities Operations Manager to lead our on-site team and ensure seamless facilities operations across a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, manage and mentor a small team, and coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance activities via Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

The role involves liaising with stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, monitoring budgets, reviewing invoices, and assisting with reporting.

Key requirements include:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, property, or corporate real estate
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Australian citizenship
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
