Facilities Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our building or facility. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Liaise with multiple contractors on a regular basis, ensuring timely completion of tasks and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage contractor relationships and ensure supplies are replenished as needed to maintain a smooth operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating daily activities, including managing maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitoring and reporting on facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including staff and management, to promote effective communication and collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- A solid understanding of maintenance management and facilities support, with experience in a similar role or industry.
