We are seeking a talented and motivated Facilities Management Specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

The Facilities Management Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our facilities, including planning, design, construction, and initiation phases. This role will require strong project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with contractors, project staff, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Plan, design, and implement new facilities projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with contractors, project staff, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and the growth and development of your fellow team members.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
