Join us as a Facilities Operations Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional facilities management services.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership position in our team. As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across multiple sites, developing strategies and business plans to drive excellence in facilities management.

  • Lead a high-performing team: Manage a team of professionals to deliver facilities management services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies: Develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and contracts: Effectively manage maintenance budgets and contractual agreements to ensure value for money.
  • Ensure compliance and safety: Conduct audits to verify maintenance is performed in accordance with agreed scope and are compliant with safety, risk assessment etc.

You will work closely with your team to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.

Requirements:
  • Leadership experience: Previous experience in a similar role, supervising and managing maintenance programs with a good understanding of building systems.
  • Financial management: Proficiency in budget management and comprehension of financial reports.
  • Customer service: Proven track record in exceptional customer service and have excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Analysis and problem-solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and administrative skills.
  • Compliance and safety: Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
