Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the daily tasks of our maintenance department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the ongoing routine general maintenance, supervising work by maintenance staff and contractors, and undertaking any maintenance assigned tasks in priority order.
This is a full-time role within a dynamic learning community, offering a unique opportunity to work in a team environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to have experience leading a team, with an ability and willingness to perform manual work as required. Excellent organisational and ICT skills are essential, as well as 5 years+ experience in a similar role.
- Leadership experience in a maintenance or facilities management context
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workflows
- Competent ICT skills
