Customer Service Representative

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a professional and friendly demeanor to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As the first point of contact for all visitors to our site, you will be the face of Workskil Australia Ltd and play a crucial role in making a positive impression on our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Manage the front desk, including greeting clients, handling inquiries, and providing information on our services.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external parties.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
