We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Workskil Australia Ltd. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Manage our front desk, including greeting clients, handling inquiries, and providing information on our services.
