Customer Service and Sales Representative

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, thriving in sales, and making a meaningful impact in their community.
Our Sales and Member Service team manages inbound enquiries for Home and Motor Insurance, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services. Our teams work towards achieving sales and compliance targets, while also providing empathetic support to our members in times of need.
We offer a comprehensive training program, which includes training on various products and services, to ensure our staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
Our business unit is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, where staff can grow and develop their careers. We offer flexible working arrangements, including full-time and part-time contact centre hours, to suit the needs of our staff.
We are committed to providing our staff with the tools and resources they need to succeed, including a fully paid, in-depth structured training program delivered by our professional Learning and Development Advisors.
Our training courses are designed to be engaging and interactive, and are delivered in a full-time format, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Our training programs range from 5 to 9 weeks in duration, depending on the role and the individual's needs.
