About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bus Service Officer at Joondalup and Eglinton Stations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, answering questions about services, transport connections, and ticketing.
  • Monitor and ensure bus services operate in a coordinated and orderly fashion in accordance with the approved timetable.
  • Ensure bus services connect with other Transperth services in compliance with the approved timetable.
  • Provide driver support and assistance when requested.

Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and assess situations to make quick and practical decisions.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a clear telephone manner.
  • Excellent knowledge of the metropolitan area and bus networks.
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children card.
