We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Plenti, a dynamic and ambitious business based in New South Wales.

The role involves expanding our consumer finance offerings in the local market by leveraging existing broker partnerships and identifying new opportunities.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Broker Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers to drive sales and growth targets.
  • Market Understanding: Gaining a deep understanding of the local market to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and strong knowledge of lending products and credit risk underwriting.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer flexible working arrangements, opportunities for career growth, and a dynamic work environment.
