Job Summary

The Senior Business Development Professional will play a key role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to acquire new customers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, advocacy groups, and community organizations.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including customer adoption rates, time to onboard, customer satisfaction, and referral rates.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the disability or aged care sectors.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
