About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced professional who can drive business growth and expansion within the Australian education sector, specifically targeting schools and tertiary institutions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase our presence and market share.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our presence in the Australian education sector.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EDUCATIONAL DECISION-MAKERS TO PROMOTE OUR PORTABLE ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform our business strategy.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, professional services, or field marketing within the education, EdTech, or Special needs markets.
  • A sound understanding of assistive technology and its applications in enhancing teaching and learning.
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with educational decision-makers.
  • Experience coordinating, developing, and presenting at conferences and workshops.
  • Ability to travel nationally, as required, with occasional international travel possible.
  • Australian residency with full right to work.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, depending on relevant experience, plus superannuation.
  • An annual salary increase of 5%.
