">We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This dynamic role will be instrumental in increasing profitable services across all brands through targeted sales efforts and strategic partnerships.

- Ensure contracted services are profitable within agreed timelines and deliver on key performance indicators.">
- Support operational teams in the successful implementation of new services.">
What You Will Need to Succeed:
">To be successful in this role, you will require:

- A minimum of 3 years of business development experience, preferably within the education sector.">
- Strong track record in sales and commercial negotiation.">
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field.">
- A motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills and ability to work autonomously.">
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and CRM applications.">
- Experience in sales, financial modeling, and tender development.">
- Knowledge of business-to-business and business-to-customer marketing principles.">
Salary and Benefits:
">We offer a competitive salary package with performance-based incentives, opportunities for professional development and career growth, as well as a collaborative and supportive work environment.
>Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
